Shipping Information

Once you've placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details.

Another email will be sent to you when we are processing your order.

All orders made via www.bykays.com currently comes with the option for Free local delivery.

All orders are currently dispatched via Qxpress. Orders made between Monday - Thursday are dispatched and collected by Qxpress by the next day. Orders made between Friday - Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Free local delivery will take between 1-5 working days to reach you.

Delivery is not available for locations such as Jurong Island, military camps/bases, Singapore Changi Airport, Tuas and Fishery Ports.

We currently offer free International Shipping to on orders above S$128. Orders below that will be charged an additional S$20 for Upgraded Shipping (trackable).

All international orders will be shipped via Speedpost. When order has been dispatched, an email will be sent to you with the tracking code.
