Service Availability

bykays.com is intended for use by everyone in the world. However, do note that due to delivery limitations and restrictions caused by the pandemic, there are certain countries that we are unable to deliver to and therefore, will not be accepting orders from.

Your Status

By creating an account through bykays.com, you warrant that:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password;
• You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password

By placing an order through bykays.com, you warrant that:

• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
• You are responsible for all information provided that is necessary for the purchase of the product(s) including, but not limited to, your contact and shipping information, credit card information or any other payment method particulars.

Our Status

After placing an online order on by kays.com, we will send an email to acknowledge the receipt of the order.

All products purchased from bykays.com are handmade. While we put in the utmost effort into ensuring the consistency of quality of the products, due to nature of the production process, the products will not be 100% identical.

bykays.com may at times, provide links to websites of other companies, whether affiliated with us, or not. These websites are not under our ownership and responsibility and we cannot give any undertaking that any product(s) you purchase from the link will be of satisfactory quality.

Risk of Loss / Events Outside our Control

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to fulfil orders whether it be due to loss of package, or delay in fulfilment of, any of our orders that is caused by third-party logistics not directly under our control such as courier, carrier and shipping companies, as well as events outside our reasonable control ("Force Majeure Event") including, but not limited to, the following:

• strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action;
• civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attach or threat of terrorist attach, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war;
• fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, pandemic, or other natural disaster;

Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

Exchanges of product(s) in an order may be accepted in the event that the order has not been packed, on a case-by-case basis. If the order has been packed, order will be considered complete and exchange will not be accepted. Please contact us via contact@bykays.com immediately if you notice that you have made a mistake in your order.

bykays.com currently does not take returns.
